TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

TERMINATION NOTICE: Ding A Ling will provide service until cancelled in writing by the client, which must be provided 30 days prior to the desired termination date. If 30 days' advance notice is provided, a $25 termination charge applies. If 30 days' notice is not provided, a termination fee of $25 plus one month's base rate will apply.

RETENTION OF MESSAGES: Messages are retained for 30 days. Accessing archived reports beyond 30 days incurs a minimum $25 charge.

BILLING PRACTICES: Clients are billed in advance for base fees and for any usage exceeding their allowance from the previous month. Fees are subject to an annual CPI adjustment of no less than 3%.

ANNUAL FEES: There are two mandatory annual fees:

1. Annual Maintenance Fee ($44.95): Billed each June to offset costs related to data safeguarding and privacy compliance. It is non-refundable and not prorated.

NON-PAYMENT POLICY: Payments are due by the date listed on the invoice. Late payments may result in late charges or service interruption. Clients are liable for all collection and attorney fees. Dishonored checks incur a $35 fee.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Ding A Ling’s liability for any act or omission shall not exceed the amount payable by the client for the services on the day the act or omission occurred.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Unless notified in writing within 15 days, continued use of service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.
