This Privacy Policy applies only toinformation collected through the Site. It does not govern information thatDing A Ling receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of clients whileproviding contracted answering services. Information handled for healthcareclients may be governed by the Health Insurance Portability and AccountabilityAct of 1996 (HIPAA), applicable Business Associate Agreements, clientinstructions, and other applicable laws and contracts.

We collect only limited information throughthe Site.

When you submit the Site’s contact form orcommunicate with us, we may collect:

·       Your company or organizationname, if provided;

·       Your email address;

·       Your telephone number; and

·       The contents of your messageand any other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

The Site, its hosting provider, andsecurity or form-processing services may automatically receive limitedtechnical information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the Site. Thismay include an Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type,operating system, date and time of access, referring page, and requested pages.We do not currently use website analytics or behavioral advertising tools.

2. Do Not Submit PHI or Sensitive Information

The public Site and its contact form areintended for general business inquiries and are not intended for patientcommunications, medical advice, emergency requests, or the transmission ofProtected Health Information (PHI).

Please do not submit patient names, medicaldetails, Social Security numbers, insurance information, payment-cardinformation, account credentials, or other sensitive or confidentialinformation through the Site. Existing clients should use their establishedsecure communication channels for matters involving PHI or other confidentialclient information.

·       Service providers. We usevendors that help host, operate, secure, and support the Site. Our website ishosted through GoDaddy, and contact-form submissions are transmitted to ususing Basin. These providers may process limited information as necessary toperform services for us and are subject to their own contractual and legalobligations.

·       Legal requirements andprotection. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to complywith law, legal process, a court order, or a governmental request, or toinvestigate suspected fraud, security incidents, violations of our terms, orthreats to rights or safety.
